Kelsang Gyaltsen

Kelsang Gyaltsen is currently serving in a honorary capacity as Co-Vice President of the Gaden Phodrang Foundation of the Dalai Lama in Zurich and as a senior advisor to the Tibetan Government-in-Exile. He worked for over 30 years in the service of the Dalai Lama as his representative in Europe, as the private secretary for international relations at the Office of HH the Dalai Lama, Dharamsala, India, and as his envoy for talks with Beijing. In this role, he and his senior colleague, Lodi Gyari, led the Tibetan negotiating team in talks between the Tibetan and Chinese leadership from 2002 to 2010.
